Our client is an ICT solutions company. They mainly deal in Microsoft Dynamics NAV, ERP, Sage, Tally and Bulky SMS. They seek to hire a highly motivated Senior Sales Executive to Increase business opportunities for the organization and develop strategies that will enhance the smooth running of the organization, product development and product distribution.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying new business opportunities including new markets, new clients, new partnerships or new products and services 
  • Attending conferences and events to build relationships with industry partners and staying up to date with new trends
  • Identify industry technology & business trends, customer needs so as to build short term to long term opportunities / pipeline
  • Leading the overall solution design based on client requirements and work with internal solution architect / finance / delivery / legal teams to respond client needs
  • Lead proposal defense during client presentations & close the sales
  • Qualify and validate sales leads/commitments.
  • Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings
  • Planning and preparing presentations
  • Managing and Training a business development team
  • Initiate and coordinate action plans to identify and penetrate new markets/clients.
  • Communicating new product developments to prospective clients
  • Overseeing the development of marketing literature
  • Developing growth strategies and plans
  • Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
  • Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
  • Writing business proposals
  • Negotiating with stakeholders
  • Gather a response and analyse data from customers to identify requests or problems in order to improve applications and overall customer satisfaction.
  • Possessing a strong understanding of the company’s products, the competition in the industry and positioning

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business Management or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a similar position.
  • Must have experience selling software solutions
  • High-level communication skills
  • Stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to negotiate
  • Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy
  • The ability to self-motivate
  • Experience working to and exceeding targets
